Responsibilities
Location Shanghai, ShanghaiCN Job ID JR-035771 Responsibility Writing press releases, media announcement, and other media communications content to promote company brand, products and solutions, company news, etc. Monitor news to create weekly news report and manage public crisis under the supervisor of branding & public affairs and the management. Studying the organizations objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services. Establish solid relationship with media. Grow media pitch. Track media coverage and follow industry trends. Address inquiries from the media and other parties. Communicate with global vendors, including but not limit to PR agency, platform provider for services or contracts. Working with Digital team to upload content, create EDMs etc. Develop content for marketing events or product and solution release. Oversea marketing materials or content from the internal or external. Job requirement: 3-5 years experience in PR. Minimum bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field, technology or security industry preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Hands-on experience with a variety of different PR campaigns. Applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing. Ability to pitch to media. An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks. Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives. Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills. Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets. Project and budget management skills.
